Call for papers

Contributions are invited from young researchers working on history, philosophy or didactics of mathematics.
Presentations of ongoing work on PhD theses (also master theses in the ultimate phase) are especially welcome.

We will offer two types of slots, type A for genuine presentations on work in progress, type B for presentations of papers in a more elaborate phase. There will be roughly 40 slots of type A (parallel sessions), and 5 slots of type B.

  • Type A: Talks should not exceed 15 minutes; they can be held in either English or German. After each talk there will be 30 minutes time for feedback and discussion.

  • Type B: Talks should not exceed 30 minutes; they should be held in English. After each talk there will be 15 minutes time for discussion.

If you want to give a presentation of your work at the 18th Novembertagung, please send in an abstract (not exceeding 600 words) together with the completed registration form (see Registration) before

September 1st, 2007
